From a colleague, and referencing the insiders build (re: skills, layered context, context window utilisation graphic, agent definitions, auto-memory,..), Copilot is rapidly moving in the Claude direction while retaining what seems a slightly different focus.

Github Copilot focuses on enterprise features, for example you can add a company wide prompt in the github organisation settings.
